I noticed a lot of odd stuff yesterday…I didn’t know ol’ Governor Perry had his own Youtube channel.
This video was posted around a week ago, but it apparently was noticed by the blogosphere yesterday. This morning, I noticed a Confederate Battle flag was flying from an office building parking lot flag pole in Clear Lake City on my way to work. That’s not something you see often flying from an office building flag pole. More like something you see off someone’s front porch along with cars on blocks in the front yard and about 3 dogs and 15 feral cats. (Who am I to talk, when I was growing up in League City I think we had more feral cats than that, and a few non-operational cars. No Confederate battle flags though, my dad was and still is a fanatical flyer of the stars and stripes.)

I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised. Clear Lake City is one of Tom Delay’s old haunts.

That and I noticed that my favorite flavor of half and half that was always labeled “Organic” on the box, now has a one of those green HEB “Organic” labels and has gone up in price by 30 cents. grrr. I am not happy.
