Where do I begin…

Lots of things have happened the past week or so.
Cleared my debt with Bay House Apartments. I got them down to $1,100.00. Not what I hoped for, but they are now off my back.
I’m working on a Texas Navy Captains uniform. It’s costing me a bit, but I think it will be a big hit at Relic Quest, ApolloCon as a hall costume and with the Elissa Crew for overnights. And.. it’s spiffy. I am hoping to get replica Texas navy buttons on it. It will rock. The RP is hot in anticipation for Relic Quest and I’ve been working with the questmaster on stuff for it. I am an addict. I know it. Damn you Amtgard.
I am still working on that game. I’ve been distracted by my insatiable thirst for reading about history and have learned a lot of new and interesting stuff about the early nineteenth century that I never dreamed about in my 7th grade Texas History class. It’s been geeky fun.
Oh and last but not least, I’ve had two of my poems published and an editor of a Tall Ships newsletter read my “Where are you Zavala” poem and wants to publish it as well. I still think it needs a little work, but he seems to like it.
